Complete refurbishment of 69 no Social and Private Housing Units incorporating all associated services and utilities.

Removal of all electrical installations. Installation of a complete 3 zone condensing oil fired heating system incorporating the latest technology in terms of energy efficiency to include a ‘Stanley Erin’ wood burning stove also connected to hot water and heating system. Complete rewire to new regulations ‘2010/2011’ including new heat and smoke detectors and new fuse boards.
